This drive plate is mainly used for driving and controlling electromagnet, electromagnetic valve and so on to make this kind of device control more intelligent.

Features:

• The driver does not heat when electromagnetic parts such as electromagnet, solenoid valve energized for a long time.
• It can control the strength of the thrust and the locking of the electromagnet. By adjusting the "PWM pulse width" potentiometer on the board, the force of the electromagnet on the board can be controlled. By adjusting the "FRQ frequency" potentiometer to adjust the frequency point of electromagnet to match different types of electromagnet work frequency strength point and work noise.
• Easy to control, the power supply is 7-30V. 12V or 24V power can be input to control 12V or 24V nominal electromagnetic devices.
• Power-on moment, If there is a control signal, the drive plate will start the electromagnet with the maximum thrust, when the electromagnetism works stable, the electromagnet enters the locking working state, and the locking force is controlled by the potentiometer on the board. In general, when the locking force is set at about 40%-50% of the maximum strength, the electromagnet can be stable lock.
• OTP over temperature protection and OCP over current protection are used to prevent load short-circuit protection, you can set the potentiometer to adjust the over current protection point.

Return and Refund

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
