There are many designs and variations that can be used through our gelatin art tools and provide the customer with plenty of options. We provide many different sets of tools that will cater to your needs and styles, they all are unique and provide you with a different effect on your jello cake.

STEP 1: Making transparent base

What you need: 1 litre of water, 160gr sugar, 10gr jelly powder.  

Mix jelly powder and sugar.

Pour it into the water, stir well.

Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking.

Pour the hot jelly into base mound and let it set firmly.

Leave a little bit of hot jelly for Step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie.

If you want Dark transparent base, using the black chocolate powder.

If you want Green transparent base, using Pandan juice

If you want White transparent base, using Coconut juice

STEP 2: Making colored jelly for flowers/leaves 

What you need: 300 ml water, 80gr sugar, 5g jelly powder, 200ml milk, food color.

Mix jelly powder and sugar.

Pour it into the water, stir well.

Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely. Take out bubbles while cooking.

Add heated milk continue cooking until the liquid boils.

Pour the hot jelly into different cups and add food colors.

Keep the colored jelly in the bain-marie before putting it in syringes or bottles with special needles.

STEP 3: Making flowers/leaves

What you need: Jelly scoop , syringes or Luer Lock Tip bottles with special needles. 

Let your dexterity and creativity blooms!!! 

STEP 4: Finishing the base

Add the remain hot jelly made in Step 1 into the mould.

Leave everything set firmly.

Turn the mould upside down. Take out the jelly and enjoy!!!
