Polyester fabric

Can be washed and ironed to remove creases.

Vinyl fabric

Thin (also durable),lightweight,cheaper than polyester backdrop.

It is suitable for one-time use(such as birthday party),family photographers

If you find the footprints on the backdrop,you can use a slightly moist damp cloth to wipe it.

Note:DO NOT let vinyl background touch water.

Same picture in different monitors will show different color effects.

Because of  materialor used or pictorial ink in different batches,the backdrop printed will have slight difference in color.

Q:What's the difference between thin vinyl and polyester?

A:

Vinyl fabric:

Thin & lightweight;

Not waterproof;

Can only be used for indoor photography;

Usually for one-time use;

Maximum seamless width is 300cm;

(Other stores:The maximum can be cut 180cm,bigger size background need to be spliced )

Oxford fabric:

Compared to polyester,it is relatively thin;

Cheaper than polyester;

Maximum seamless width of 300cm;

Can be washed and ironed;

Can be used for both indoor and outdoor photography;

(For polyester backdrop,you can wash it or iron it to remove the creases,creases are easily removed.)

Q:How to remove creases?

A: You can hang the backdrop or wrap it on a tube to reduce the creases.

For vinyl backdrop,you can iron on the back side with low temperature to remove or reduce the creases,but please do not iron on the front side or let the backdrop touch water,because that will ruin the backdrop. For polyester backdrop,you can wash it or iron it to remove the creases.

If you do mind about the creases,we suggest you to choose polyester backdrops,because creases on this material are much more easily to be removed.

Q:How do I customize a backdrop on sale ?

A:You can send the custom information and size to our customer service via Conversations or Order Messages. Our designers will design for you.If you are satisfied with the design, you can choose the size you want and pay on the product page. Then we will produce the final design for you.

Q:How do I customize the backdrop not on sale?

A:You can send the high resolution picture and size to our customer service via Conversation or Order Messages, then our designer will try to design a similar backdrop for you. If you are satisfied with the design,we will send you a product link,then you can buy from it.

Q:I have files can be printed directly, how to send to you?

A:You can send the file to us via message center and tell us the size you want.

The format of the file is best:psd / ai / jpg.

The pixel of the picture is best more than 3000px * 3000px, or the resolution at least 300dpi,otherwise the print will be blurry.

Q:How long will it take to send the backdrop(s) to me?

A: We need 2-4 workdays to produce after you order.Usually it takes 12-20 working days to United States;15-30 working days to Europe, Asia, Oceania;25-60 working days to Africa, South America.
