Product Usage:
-A powerful tool for removing tar, rust, old paint and many other materials. Designed for quick and efficient sand blasting, liquid or air cleaning of parts and surfaces. Includes rubber hose, pick-up tool, hex wrench and additional air nozzles and nozzles.
-Suitable for glass, aluminum, etc. -It can also be used to clean structural parts, mechanical parts and products.
Description:
-Suitable for box type manual blasting machine and box type automatic blasting machine.
-Can be used for sand glass, sand blasting, surface polishing, mechanical parts.
-The nozzle accelerates the air and abrasive as the mixture exits the end of the hose.
-The taper and length of the nozzle inlet and outlet determine the pattern and velocity of the abrasive exiting the nozzle.
-The composition of the lining material determines its wear resistance.
-Designed for surface cleaning, descaling and glass, aluminum alloy and other decorative surfaces for sandblasting and marble engraving.
Product specifications:
-Material: gun made of aluminum
-Blasting nozzle made of boron carbide
-Boron carbide nozzle inner diameter: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm
operating:
1. The operator inserts the nozzle gasket into the contractor's threaded nozzle bracket and screws it into the nozzle, turning it by hand until it rests firmly against the washer.
2. After all relevant equipment has been properly assembled and tested, the operator points the nozzle at the surface to be cleaned and presses the remote handle to start the spray.
3. The operator holds the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface and smoothly moves the nozzle at a rate that produces the desired cleanliness. Each channel should overlap slightly.
4. Once the orifice exceeds its original size by 1/16 inch, the operator must replace the nozzle.
