Fully Automatic Tea Cup Sealing Machine 500~650 Cups/H

Heavy duty durable stainless steel structure provides commercial quality reliability.Featuring an updated design that makes it easy to work with and very efficient. Ideal for restaurants, beverage factories and restaurants. Ideals cup fully automatically within seconds. Place the cup in the tray and the machine does the rest!

• Install sealing film and check if it is correct.(sealing film should go across the tracking switch).
• Plug in and power on, the cup pallet will slide out automatically, heating light will be on.
• Wait for 2 minutes, the first heating will finish, heating light will be off.
• Press AUTO/RESEAL/MANUAL button, to select AUTO, MANUAL, OR RESELA style:

#1 Long press this button(3s) to change AUTO and MANUAL style, Light on = AUTO, Light off = MANUAL;

#2 Shot press this button to do once RESEAL operation, Light flicker = RESEAL.

• Put a filled cup into cup pallet(use the right cup diameter according to the cup mould):

#1 the cup will enter to seal automatically under "AUTO" style;
#2 Press "MANUAL START" button, the cup will enter to seal under "MANUAL" style;
#3 Press "MANUAL START" button, the cup will enter to seal under "RESEAL" style.
Please don't move the film during the operation.

• The cup will slide out automatically when sealing finished, take out the sealed cup. Completed.

This 420w WHITE cup sealer is suitable for r 95MM/90MMPP, PE, PET , PS, PVC and paper cups- not only do it seal 95MM PP cups, it also seal 92 or 93mm pet cups. It can also seal 90mm paper cups if you buy a cup adapter.

Note: Cup sealing film is not included.
