AD8313It is a complete multi-stage demodulation logarithmic amplifier, which can accurately convert the RF signal at the input end to the equivalent dB scaling value at the DC output end. AD8313 can maintain high logarithmic consistency in the frequency range of 0.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz. The application is simple, requiring only a single power supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and adding appropriate input and power coupling. When it is powered by a 3 V power supply, the power consumption of 13.7 mA (for TA = 25 degree C) is only 41 mW. It has power saving characteristics. The input is raised to start the low current (20 mu A) dormancy mode, and the threshold is half of the voltage of the power supply.
AD8313 is manufactured by ADI's advanced 25 GHz silicon bipolar IC process, providing 8-pin MSOP package. The working temperature ranges from 6 140 C to + 85 C.
