1. Q1: I know nothing about this machine, what kind of machine should I choose?

Very easy to choose. Just tell us what you want to do by using CNC laser machine, then let us give you professional solutions and suggestions.

Q2: When I got this machine, but I don‘t know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send video and English manual with the machine. If you still have some doubts, we can talk by telephone or skype and e-mail.

Q3: If some problems happen to this machine during warranty period, what should I do? 
We will supply free parts during machine warranty period if machine have some problems. While we also supply free life long after-sales service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions. 

Q4: Before sending me an inquiry on our fiber laser, it is better for you to provide me the following information:
1)Your metal or non-metal material size.Because in our factory, we have different models according to working area.
2)Your materials. 
Stainless/ Carbon steel/ Aluminum/ Copper/ Acrylic/ Plywood/ MDF?
3)You want to engrave or cut?
If cut, could you tell me your cutting thickness? Because different cutting thickness need different laser tube power and laser power supplier.

Notes:

1.If you choose seller shipping method, please email us your port name to double check if it can be reached and delivery time. Please reconfirm the shipment information: consignee/contact person, detailed address, telephone number.

For Russia and Ukraine, we can ship machine to your city by land transportation. Please contact us to confirm the shipping cost and customs tax.

2. When payment and shipping information are confirmed, shipping will be made within 7 working days.

3. It's CIF trade term (insurance included). The buyer should pay surcharge of port, including handling charges, custom clearance cost and import taxes. EXW and FOB terms are also acceptable. We ship goods by sea to your seaport (you need to find broker to help you clear customs).

4. On arriving at the destination port, the machine should be picked up soon. Or the buyer should pay the relevant demurrage charges.

5. If want other courier like DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx or EMS, please also provide us with your city name and post code, so we can check the delivery detail and cost.

6. Please check all goods carefully and report to us within one week if there are any parts loss or machine problems (photo evidence needed). The machine is specially customized product with big size, so we do not accept return with pretty high return cost. But we are confident in our products quality. And lifetime tech support and free spare parts (Consumable parts not included) during warranty will be offered for each buyer.
