      Our goods are wet carbon, which is  one layer of real carbon and  one layer of multi-axial fabric cloth./ The surface is carbon fiber, but we also can provide 100% dry carbon for special items!

3. Is painting included/do you provide painting?(For fiberglass material(FRP) )

      We are the manufacturer, so the products will be with a priming gray or black color, we do not provide painting as well. We highly suggest you to paint it at the local car modification shop after the installation is done. In order to avoid color difference and scratches during shipping or installation.

1.How much tax we need to pay?

In USA market: All the items do not need to pay import duty, if the total commercial invoice is less than 1000USD, as our invoice amount will be 200USD, so in USA market do not need to pay tax.

In Australia market: All the items do not need to pay import duty, if the total commercial invoice is less than 1000AUD, as our invoice amount will be 200AUD, so in USA market do not need to pay tax.

In European countries: All the items need import duty, which is 35-45 euro based on our small commercial invoice.

2.Is the TAX included in the order charge?

Buyer is responsible for paying any local Customs taxes. If your item was returned due to customs issues, we can only refund for ITEM PART, so please track your parcel constantly, once get customs issue, please contact them in time to avoid returning, or we can only refund item part once returned.

When can I receive the package after payment?

 It will take us 3~5 working days to do inspection & packing & arranging shipment.

    Shipped by EMS, the goods need  7~10 working days for delivery.

    Shipped by Fedex/DHL/TNT/UPS, the goods need 5~7 working days for delivery.

1.    What should I do if I do not satisfied with the goods?

    1) After received goods if you do not satisfied, you can contact with our service girl for the return, we will pay the return shipping fee if it is our problem.

     2) If it is little scratched during shipping, we will have repair instructions and make compensation for you.

     3) If it is badly damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged parts for us and we will make the full refund or exchange a new one for you.

2. Once the goods have been confirmed by the buyer, the buyer is not allowed to apply for a refund during transit. 

       Reason: After the goods are sent out, they cannot be recovered on the way

3.  the buyer receives the goods that are in good condition, if the buyer wants to apply for a refund:

    1) The freight back and forth is borne by the buyer.

    2) Make a good package according to packaging styles of the received goods to ensure the safety of returned goods.

    3) The returned goods should be sent back the same way as they were delivered.

4. Other disputes caused by objective or subjective factors

    1) Our products are products for car modification, and they require professional modification technology for proper installation. If the buyer finds some non-specialized modification shops or the buyers install the products themselves, resulting in the product not reaching the expected installation effect, in this case, we do not agree with the return or refund.

    2) Parts for car modification are decorations. If the product does not reach the level of buyer’s personal satisfaction and buyers apply for a refund or return, in this case we do not agree to it.

    3) The products for car modification belong to our company and they should be installed in accordance with our instructions. Sometimes it is necessary to change some parts of the original vehicle, such as removing the bumper or cutting off a little part of it to complete the installation. If the buyer is temporarily reluctant to make the changes, we will not be responsible for the installation or accept refund.
