Notes before you purchase item

1. The price is only for the dress, not include any accessories such as gloves, jacket, veil and petticoat.
2. We supply standard size and custom made size. Please offer us your measurements if you need custom made, you can see the measuring instruction as follow:

2) Waist =
3) Hips =
4) Length shoulder to floor =    (from shoulder to floor with your shoes on)
5) Height=      (from top of head to floor with your shoes on)
6) Dress color = white or ivory ( You could also select a Color No. from our Color Chart)
7) Dress back=lace up or zipper (usually we recommend Lace Up)
Note: If the dress back is made lace up, it will be easier for you to adjust the size yourself.

You can choose any color you like from the color card below, and then tell us the color number.

Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee

that the color of our products will be exactly the same as the photographs showing.

Shipment Time

In our store, all the countries are free shipping by Singapore post air mail and most of the countries are free shipping by China post air mail. 

However, they usually cost about 20-30 days, sometimes even longer time will be cost because of some reasons. 

If time is urgent for you, please choose fast shipping methods such as DHL, EMS, UPS or TNT.

DHL: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take 3-5 days, to other countries, it will take about 5-7 days.

TNT: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take 5-7 days, to other countries, it will take about 7-10 days.

EMS: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take 7-10 days, to other countries, it will take about 10-15 days.

UPS: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take 3-5 days, to other countries, it will take about 5-7 days.

OTHERS: we will also use other post office like Good Express depend on different countries, safety and shipping time, but we will inform you the tracking number after delivery.

When you place an order, please chose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 8 days once your payment is completed. 

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. 

Customs Fees

Most of the time, the buyers need not pay any customs. We will declare the value as low as possible to avoid the tax. However, sometimes in some countries, the customs office may be strict. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.

Returns

We will do our best to serve each of our customers. We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full return. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.

Sizing or Fit Issues:

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1 inch in the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dressed with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.

Color Mismatch:
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc.

However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
