Product Description
When laser radiation heats the surface of work-piece, the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool. Because of this unique feature, Spot welding is widely used in processing of precious jewelry or welding of precision parts.
Features
1) Characteristics of laser
The imported ceramic reflecting condenser cavity structure, high conversion efficiency, no cleaning. The ceramic reflecting surface is glaze, can reduce the cost of repair costs and downtime cavity equipment; ceramic reflector is a diffuse reflection focusing effect, so that the output laser spot even more uniform, and the laser threshold is low (easy light), easy to debug and maintenance of laser device, and can be extended long life 3-4 times of krypton lamp. 2) Characteristics of laser power supply It is the pulse laser power supply, using IGBT constant current switching power supply, pulse waveform adjustable and controllable function, can adapt to different laser welding materials. The master control unit is fully digitized by single chip microcomputer Control. 3) Welding -The laser welding speed, high efficiency, small deformation, high weld depth, weld appearance, beautiful. -The welding of refractory materials, precision welding of micro parts. -The welding is difficult to close to the site, through the selection of optical fiber transmission system, the implementation of non contact remote welding. -With great flexibility, the fiber optic transmission fully reflects the flexible and self processing means dynamic degree. 4) Characteristics of the refrigeration system The integration of water cooling structure.
