• We have different types of plugs available, so let us know which one you need for your product, American plug, European plug or other plugs. By default, we match the plug of the power adapter with the requirements of the country where the customer's address is located.

• We have different lenses for some cameras. Please check the specifications of our products and tell us which lens you need by message. By default, without any clear customer indication, we will send the default lens we have in stock.

• Please take the product information as a reference and tell us your plan and the important functions you focus on for the camera, we will confirm your concern and give you professional advice. A complete communication will help you get the right product and a better deal for both of you.

 

 

Delivery Details

We collaborate in the long term with experienced carriers, who help us select the most suitable shipment with a reasonable freight cost. We recommend fast emails like FedEx, DHL and UPS, as most customers choose. However, the most reliable and affordable shipping method depends on your address.

Ship we only ship to the confirmed order address. Your order address must match your shipping address and must be correct.

• We cannot assume any responsibility for any customs duty or delay.

• Import duties, taxes or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, so they must be paid by customers. Please consider this as part of the purchase cost.

Payment

Warranty

• 1 YEAR Warranty for Defective Items Except the items damaged or misused after receipt. Accessories have 3-month warranty. We only judge products DEFECTIVE or not by its functions and performance.

• Since receipt, Defective Items above MUST be reported within 7 days and Returned within 20 days with all accessories, perfect product appearance and original package. During this time, the customer is qualified to refund or replace free of any charge. If the item is in the buyer's possession more than 7 days, it is considered to be used and the customer is not qualified to replace or refund.

• We provide free repair service for the Defective Items during the warranty periods. Shipment cost is shared by both seller and buyer in the first 4 month of the warranty and bear by the buyer totally after that. We charge our repair service and do not pay shipping cost for any items which are damaged or misused or expired after receipt.
