LY 904 OCA glue and polarizer remover 3 in 1 pre-heating separator glue & polarizer removing 220V 110V
INSTRUCTIONS:
This is a 3 in 1 glue remove machine, which consist of heated plate, vacuum manual separator, glue remover function, built-in vacuum pump, only need you plug in power line, then you can use it.
The operation steps of screen separation:
1. Haul back the lower plate, lock the screw tightly (skid resistance).
2. Turn on the thermostat switch on left, setting the temperature to 80 degree.
3. Put the silica gel on the heated plate holes to holes.
4. Put downwards the screen onto the sillica gel, turn on vacuum switch, the screen being sucked.
5. Adjust steel wire to the height of pressing the glass exactly, keep constant speed to separate LCD and glass.
6. Take off the LCD, the operation steps of screen separation is.
The operation steps of polarizer remove:
1. Turn on the thermostat switch on right, setting the temperature to 180 degree.
2. Put downwards the screen onto the sillica gel, turn on vacuum switch, the screen being sucked.
3. Put blade on the one end of polarizer, push the plate and then polarizer will fall off.
4. Turn down vacuum switch and take out screen.
