• ​1.What is your lead time? Normally, we have the testers on stock. But it will take some time for the testers to be transported to our forwarder. Therefore the tracking information will appear later.    2. How do you deal with after sale service? To best service our customers,we are available on aliexpress message center as well as other common methods of communication. We have staffs speaking fluent English to solve your problems by phone call or operation videos.    3. How do you deal with faulty products? Firstly, we will need our customer to describe the problems with the tester. If the faulty is from the product itself, we will bear the cost for repairing the products. If the faulty is from the mis-operation, we can help repairing the product, but customer need to bear the cost. In priority, we will guide the customer in an easy way to fix the problem by themselves. If the faulty is a serious technical issue, we will have the tester sent back for repairing.    4. Can you provide calibration certificates for the testers? Yes, we can apply calibration certificate from the Chinese authorities for the customer.
