2) Don’t like color of the dress on picture?
Contact us, we can provide color card for you checking and selecting.

3) How long I can expecting to receive a custom made dress?
Usually our processing time for wedding dresses is around 10-20 days, then shipped out by economical/standard/fast delivey. If you want urgently, pls choose express service.( more urgently, we could provide rushing order fee $15 needed).
4) SHIPMENT
Currently you can choose from the following express shipping options: DHL, TNT, EMS, e-EMS, ePacket, Aramex.
( Please give us your full address and phone number for delivery, so the package can arrive to you safely and quickly :)
1). Before you placing an order, please make decision of shipping method. This will caused different delivery charge be collected.
2). The package will ship to you within 24hours after payment without and adjust requirement.
3). We won’t guarantee lead-time of all shipment due to the difference of custom clearing time in individual countries.
4). This is buyer’s responsibility to pay additional custom Tex and Duty if parcel arrived your country.
5). Delivery charge will not be refunded if parcel be returned because you refuse to pay Tax or Duty.

5) Return & Exchange Policy
You have free to return back products within 7days after you sign the parcel in any reason. Step 1: Please contact with our Server on line and exhibition return reason. Step 2: Send a message or mail to our servel: marked Style number/ Size/ Color/ refund reason. And leave your order number. Step 3: Please ensure item(s) is excellent without any damage or dirty.
