2. Q:  My mobile is not in flat shape instead it’s in round shape, can I use this product on my round mobile phone?

A: Sorry that you can not use this product on your round mobile phone as you need to install this product on your mobile phone, it’s very challenging to fix this product on a round mobile phone.

3. Q:  My mobile is quite thick, can I use this product on my mobile phone?

A: Depth of splint of lens holder is 1cm ( 0.3937 inch ) , if the thickness of your mobile is less than or equal to 1.5cm ( 0.59 inch ), this product can be securely installed to your mobile phone. Otherwise the product will easily fall off from your mobile phone.

4. Q: Can I use this product on my Tablet PC?

A: Sorry that you can not use this product on your Tablet PC as width of Tablet PC is greater than 3.6 inch.

5. Q: Is it easy for me to install the product on my mobile?

A: Instruction Manual is attached to the product when we make delivery of the goods to you, it’s pretty easy for you to install the product to your mobile phone as long as you carefully follow instruction manual.

6. Q: After the product is installed to my mobile phone, the picture I see from my mobile is not clear, what should I do?

A: From “ Installation” section on Instruction Manual attached to the goods, you can see instruction like “ after the installation is completed, set up your phone to shooting model. Rotate focus ring back and forth, adjust the sharpness to its best effect”, then you can see a clear picture

7. Q: Lens holder is broken due to my reason, can I get a replacement of lens holder ?

A: There is stock on hand of lens holder with us. We can send you a replacement. It’s not free of charge if it’s broken due to your own reason. Nevertheless you just need to pay a very reasonably low price of lens holder and shipping cost.

8.   Q: When I use the product, I find that there is a little shadow in the corner of picture shown on my mobile screen, is it quality problem of the product?

A: For most of customers such a phenomenon won’t happen. For a very limited number of customer, such a phenomenon may happen occassionaly. It’s not quality problem of the product, it’s due to technology reason of some mobile phone. If you use a little digital zoom on your mobile phone then it will be okay.

9.   Q: I have newly bought an for iPhone 6 / for iPhone 6 plus, how does the product work with for iPhone 6 and/or for iPhone 6 plus?

A: The design of both for iPhone 6 and for iPhone plus is quite unique and the launch of this product is earlier than launch of for iPhone 6 / for iPhone 6S. Sorry to inform that button of volume + of for iPhone 6 / for iPhone 6 plus may be blocked by bracket of camera lens of this product. We are now designing new bracket of camera lens so as to solve such a kind of problem. Before new bracket is launched, if you don't feel comfortable about that button of volume + is blocked, please consider not to buy this product. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation

         WARRANTY 

• We provide 12 months manufacturer’s limited warranty for defective items, excluding damaged and misused items after receipt. The warranty of accessories is 3 months.
• The defective items must be returned within the warranty period. If possible, please return them with the original package. Please advise us the defectiveness and your order number. We don’t repair and replace items with an expired warranty.

         RETURN & REFUND 

• Products with quality-related issues could be returned for an exchange or refund by contacting our sales within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. The returned shipping cost is shared by both seller and buyer in half. If you keep the products more than 7 days, it is regarded used. We will not accept refund or replacement.
