We have three warehouse locations around the world. One in China one in USA and one in Australia. Depend on the inventory level, your order could come from either locations. If you have any questions about our fulfillment centers, please email us. For shipping from USA warehouse location, the shipping company could be FEDEX which is our default shipper or UPS. For shipping from Australia warehouse location, the shipping company could be FASTWAY or AUSPOST. For shipping from China, our default courier is DHL, or EMS (to Russia only).
