Yes.Of course.One receiver can be controlled by almost 10pcs switches.You can use 1st on receiver,2nd to off receiver.

2.When the power off and suddenly comes again,does the lamp/device light automaticly?
No.The device only works when you pressed the switch again.Our products are designed for saving energy.

3.Does the receiver need Neutral line?
No sir,it doesnot need neutral line.

4.Do i have to use the capacitor?
It depends on your devices.This is capacitor is an insurance.If your bulb has flickers,i think you can try to connect with capacitor.Usually we donot use capacitor.
