North America and Australia Countries：

Halo Knight Warranty

6 months for battery, 12 months for other spare parts. If scooters are damaged during transportation or have a problem once arrive, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in seller’s side. Please check whether the scooter is in good condition within one week after receiving the goods. After receiving the goods for more than one week, it is assumed that the goods are in good condition when received.If the spare parts broken within 12 months or battery broken within 6 months, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in customers’ side. Every accessory has only one after-sales service, if it is broken second time, needs to be purchased and replaced by customers themselves, and lifetime technical service is available. Physical damage/man-made damage and water entered are not covered by the warranty. There will be strict quality inspections to make sure every scooter are perfect before sending out.

Purchasing Notices

1. Our products are being updating all the time according to customers' reflections, and sometimes some small parts of the products are updated, which are not exactly the same as the pictures, please understand. All updated accessories will only be better than the original ones on the pictures.

2. Customers who need customization, please contact customer services to confirm the configuration before placing the order. Once the order is placed, the additional charges are required to change the configuration before the goods are sent. The configuration can not be changed once goods sent out.

3. Please check the address before placing the order. Once the goods are sent out, extra $168 will be charged from csutomers to change the address or cancel the order.

4. Please sign for the goods in time. If the customer is not at home or the phone cannot be reached, the final delivery is unsuccessful and the goods will be returned to the seller’s warehouse. The second delivery fee $168 and warehouse detention fee will be beared in customers’ side. Usually the final delivery will be attempted 3 times.
