And it is also strong, but the grip shape and its dwarf size makes it impossible to fasten normally. Or when you tighten, you will sell or scratch the tripod. The shelf for the microphone stand was received in less than 2 weeks! As stated, metal, checked even by a magnet. Bought for the convenience of starting music-minusovka in the studio and training performances of their author's songs. There is even a hole for a bolt with a nut, in case if the shelf is welded from the Mount will fall off, then the bolt can be twisted!
