The basic failure of the CO2 laser power supply: 1. High-voltage ignition, and the high-voltage line joint is too close to the iron shell part.
2. No light, the fan does not rotate. The fuse is blown.
3. It can be forced to emit light, but cannot be controlled by the main board. The front low-voltage control part is broken.
4. The current cannot be adjusted, and the current control part is broken.
5. The fuse is always burned, which is a short-circuit failure of the power tube. There are several maintenance methods for laser power supply:
1. The method of replacing key components. Generally, it does not emit light, so you can change the amplifier tube first, and then consider changing the high-voltage package.
2. Voltage detection method.
3. Power-on observation method. Maintenance tips for the CO2 laser power supply not emitting light:
1. Turn on the power and observe the failure point of the laser power supply.
2. First determine whether the cooling fan is rotating: if the fan is rotating, it means that the high-voltage line is faulty; otherwise, the fan is not rotating, it means that the control circuit is faulty.
3. When the fan is running, check whether there is voltage in the output of the 220V power supply after rectification, and then check whether the power amplifier tube is burned out, and whether the voltage after the power amplification is normal is a 400-600V DC pulse. If it is normal, it can be concluded that it is a high voltage package. If it fails, replace it.
4. When the fan does not turn, check whether the voltage after the bridge rectifier and stabilized voltage is normal, and then check whether the voltage after the transformation is normal, usually the control chip is prone to failure.
