This product is based on the standard DB9 RS232 interface to near-infrared converter, and its working voltage is directly taken from the RS232 interface, no external power supply is required, and it is attached to the surface of the meter that uses near-infrared communication such as electric meters, water meters, and gas meters. This converter is also used in research and development, debugging, testing and other occasions to realize data reading.
Product specifications
1. Standard DB9 RS232 interface;
2. 100% genuine UK FTDI chip;
3. The near-infrared end adopts industrial-grade IR infrared pair tube with a wavelength of 940nm;
4. The highest baud rate is 19200pbs;
5. Use UL2464 signal to control soft wire;
6. The maximum communication distance is 30mm, this distance will be different due to different instruments being communicated;
7. With magnetic suction head to connect to the instrument, it is convenient to connect and read;
8. Data transparent transmission, not affected by communication protocol;
9. Support IEC62056-21/IEC1107/DLMS and other protocols.
