2: Does the camera support 2.4G and 5G WiFi? Why the camera failed to connect to my wifi network?

The camera only support use with 2.4GHZ wifi, it's can't support 5GHZ network.

Make sure your mobile connect 2.4G wifi network, then reset the camera and reconnect it. Any questions, Please contact our service for help.




3: Why is the camera display offline??
